looking for some advice. I played football clean for many years and also pro ball, I was 300lbs 23% body fat big bencher lots of power in legs and because of shoulder operations, wrist and knees I had to take time off. I am now down to 238lbs 18% body fat and able to do lots of HIGH rep low weight lifting and feelings and looking good, I want a boost to get some strength back ( a little) so I can do more reps not more weight and also lean out, I was thinking winstrol tabs 50mg per day, I have a great muscular base thoughts? my diet is fantastic 6 meals a day, protien carbs veggies and fats every meal... perfect amount of calories each day. I am 42
