This winter I will be using a multi-vitamin/mineral plus extra c and e vitamins as well as injectable b-12. After my injectable b-12 runs out I will be purchasing kynoselen and taking that eod at 2-3cc's per injection. I also just bought some more Cell Tech(post workout) as well as Biotest md-6(fat burner/energy enhancer) for pre-workout. For extra protein I purchased Perfect Rx which was perfect since it tastes good and is only 98$ for 125 servings at www.dpsnutrition.com Has 37 grams of protein, 24 grams of carbs, 0 fat and a shitload of extra vitamins and minerals. I also have glutamine which I will be taking just post workout at a good heaping tablespoon.
Just want to hear what everyone else will be using as I need ideas for everything and anything effective I can use to boost myself up naturally before my next cycle in Spring. There are so many supplements out there what else do you think I can add to my current supplements that is worth it?
