Whats up bros? 5 wks ito my cycle of deca 1-12, winny 7-12! nippels are a little puffy and one gets irritated! i have 30ml/25mg a ml of ligiidnolvedex should i start it now or just wait for PCT and is 25mgs for 30 days good enough to clear up gyno ade lower my estrogen levels? thanks

Start at the first signs of gyno bro, discontinue once it has subsided....but still do it for PCT

You should start nolva as soon as you feel gyno sympoms. 40-50mgs ED is a good start. Also, check out my letro + nolva combo posts.

Btw...this sounds like deca induced gyno, so you might need something like dostinex.

Is it possible since Deca aromotizes into estrogen at a low rate, if he is sensitive to estrogen gyno could it be that it is estrogen related puffiness?

I find it more feasible for this to be progesterone related gyno if it's a deca/winny only cycle.

P.S. he should have had test in that cycle, but that's saved for a different post.
