depends on how sensative you are and how much aromatizing AAS your using. low dose test try .25mg, mid to high dose try .5 to 1mg per day.

Take as much as you can afford.

I would consider that a mid dose, but you also need to take into account how sensitive you are so .5 a day may not be enough.

As for taking too much, max aromatization suppression happens at about 2.5mg and then it is 96% from the studies I have read. Taking additional anastrozole did not seem to reduce aramatization any further than that. So even if you take 1mg there is still plenty of aromatization going on.

.25cc would be sufficient. Thats seems to be the norm around here and there really hasn't been ANY complaints.
