use oral syringe, i assume you ldex comes in 1mg per ml, so get oral syringe measure 1/4ml and thats 0.25mgs and swallow

...And a little really does go a long way. Adex is WEAK comparatively -at least in my experience.

ask the company who made it. one reason I like tabs far better. much easier to accurately dose.
