Liquidex and face bloat

I have minimal amounts of liquidex. I've done several cycles before with no hint of gyno. I just got it for bloat. How long does it take to start taking bloat out of the face? Would 1mg a day for a few weeks be long enough to take the bloat out?
 
Liquidex does not get rid of estrogen, it will only stop the conversion of test to estrogen. You should use it from the start of a cycle until the end for best results. If you start taking it after estrogen has built up in your body it will only block conversion of new estrogen, and your body will take time to get rid of the estrogen that has built up.

liquidex is fast acting, it builds up in the system in the matter of days, so you should notice difference in a couple of days or so

the built up estrogen will metabolis fairly quickly, its like a fast acting AS clearing your system, if you stop taking it, it will get out of your system in the matter of days
 
L-dex never seems to do much for me and the face-bloating unfortunately. It helps with bloat over all but less with face bloat for some reason.
 
I get some face bloat when I'm taking d-bol at beggining of cycles even on l-dex 1mg ED. Test is pretty minimal compared to it though.
 
The only thing that gets rid of dbol and test bloat for me is cardio and a lot of it.
 
No cardio for me. I have problems walking up the stairs on this Fina. I try to get 10 min before every workout and I'm covered in sweat,,and I'm not that big of a guy.

That might be the answer. I only do cardio twice a week for 30min at a time. I'm thinking of adding cardio to the end of a couple of my workouts, say about 15-20 minutes since the cortisol levels shoudn't effect me too much while on cycle. But I could be wrong. Any of you recommend light cardio after lifting?
