LIQUIDEX and 23gauge pinz?

I know this has come up time and time again. I've just received liquidex and want know how to measure it. I know you don't inject. People are using 18gauge pinz. I'm going to use 23gauge pinz. If any of you have used a 23gauge pin to measure it I could use your help. Or does it matter? Or for example is 1/4ml. a 1/4ml. no matter what? Thanks for your help!

The pin has nothing to do with the measuring of a substance. Some guys use an 18g needle because it is obviously easier to draw with, the only downfall is that after inserting the 18g needle so many times into the rubber stoper it starts to tear. So yes 1/4 ml is a 1/4 no matter what!
