Liquid supps for cycles and in general..

Hey bros,
Anyone have any feedback on liquid supps? Im talking the ones to cover any vitamin deficiencies.
I used to take Mega men from GNC..I switched to a Liquid Health brand that seems to be pretty good...
Thoughts?

Go to the drugstore and get a generic version of centrum or something...should cover any vitamin defficiency
