liquid protein

last time i was in gnc buying protein i seen that they had liquid protein. you just drink a few ounces and it supposably gives u like 20gs of proteinand it was pretty cheap.. i was wondering if anyone has ever used this and if it actually works. cause it would be a easy alternative to shakes. i get tired of them and they bloat the fuck outta my stomach after i drink them.
