Liquid D-Bol????

I was talking to a friend of mine about some gear that he just purchased. He told me he got liquid D-Bol. I have been reading on this board for a while, and I try to read anything about gear, and I have never heard anything about this shit. Has anyone out there heard, or used this shit?
