ok, i feel stupid asking, but you said take it oraly and the box says its injectable. whats the deal?

Even though it says injectible - take it orally. The best thing about Reforvit is that you can drink it as well as inject it, in fact it's best used orally.

If you were to put it into a gel-cap you would have to do it right before you plan on swallowing it, otherwise it would disinigrate the gel-cap.
