I have the pump spray. How often should I take it?
It says 30mL 200mcg/ml....
What does that mean ...the pump action cant be to accurate.
Its from Lion. Should I take it as soon as I wake, and every few hours???

The most accurate way to measure the liquid clen is by using a syringe. That way you know exactly how much you are getting everytime. I start with 60mcg and work my way up to 120mcgs over a four day period.

Seeing that syringes are in ml how much you put in the needle?

.5ml = 100mcg
.3ml = 60mcg

Interesting question. I just ordered some for Ancillary Guys. Why should I administer it with Taurine? will my rats respond better? Does it help with absorbtion?

Taurine is mainly used for the cramps that you may encounter. 5g daily is ideal.
