Liquid Anavar suspension

Hey guys, new to these forums, been on meso for a while before it got all changed around. I got a question, i just got some liquid anavar suspension, never done a liquid oral before. Can anyone give me some instruction on using a liquid suspension?

I don't want to sound simplistic, but drink it. Simple as that. Measure your dosage with a 1ml dropper or a syringe, and drink it. You can drink it straight, mix it with other liquids, or my fav, squirt in an empty gelcap then swallow, this way you don't taste it.

step 2: draw out anavar
step 3: squirt in mouth
step 4: swallow
step 5: grow
