Can you take an eca stack that's capped and then mix it in some liquid and then down it to speed up the rate of absorption?

Mixing it with liquid would not increase it's rate of absorption. You might as well chew an ECA pill and take a swig of water to wash it down.

I would advise against it - but I've known guys who crush the tablets and snort the powder for a faster response. But why the necessity for a quicker kick?

You could but the absorbtion increase is marginal; however, the taste is ungodly.
