Well I still have got no help with this and I still cannot order. I have not been online for a couple of months so everything was closed or I forgot my pw's. Now because of that I can't order from LTL. I guess they are being careful but I ordered from them before and sent them a email with all the info. but i guess that's not good enough. Looks like I gotta find another good underground company to go with since they don't want any business w/e
