I'm supposed to be getting my combo of Lipostack Ultra SOON.
I'm pretty excited, but I haven't really done any cardio in MONTHS.
Anyone have any suggestions on dosage and when to take?
I've read the website, but it doesnt give much detail, so i figured i'd ask here.
