The Lipoflame looks very promising. I performed a 2 hour workout which included a 30 minute heavy bag routine, 45 minute treadmill routine at speeds of 4.0 to 5.0 mph, and a 45 minute bike routine with speeds between 16.0 to 21.0 mph. This is my usual 2 hour routine. I notice that I am pretty much wasted after the heavy bag and treadmill routine. But this time after taking the Lipoflame, I noticed that I wasn't wasted even after the bike routine. I could have kept going but I try to limit myself to 2 hours of activity. Since I usually do two sessions of a 2 hour routine on the weekend, I am going to see how I fair this evening. It has seem to increase endurance for the first dose. I hope this a sign of things to come. I will report my process in the coming days. I will also increase my dosage to 4 capsules to see if I notice a difference and to test my tolerance. I notice that I did not get nauseated but I did eat before I took the first dose.
