on the rare occasion it not strong enough for anyone simply add 5 mgs of Yohube Hcl or 1 cap LipoStim3

do that and it will be STRONGER then ECA by Far

we did not add it do to it being tricky ingredient ( the yohimbe hcl)

Pop 4 lipoflames in the morning and you will not ever want to drink coffee with it.

I am now using 2 lipostim3 and 2 lipoflames upon waking up. Been doing it for 2 weeks. Despite eating bulking calories (4500 clean and lean everyday) I can notice that I am staying lean, and may have possibly even dropped a touch of BF, maybe it's just lower water.


Tons of energy and no crappy jitters. I take 1 more lipoflame with lunch.

One more question, I took lipoflame this morning immediately following a bowl of oatmeal. Is that recommended, or should I take the lipoflame first, wait fifteen minutes or so and then eat something. What do you guys do? I know i've read that eating something small is the way to go not to get niacin flush. FYI I do weights in the morning with cardio training. Thanks in advance.

I ended up taking lipoflame first on an empty stomach, and then I had a piece of wheat bread about 15 minutes later, big difference from the day before. Felt it at about the hour mark after taking the product.
