Lipoflame/Lipostim vs ECA Stack

How do Lipoflame/Lipostim compare to the good old ECA stack? I'm extremely skeptical of OTC fatburners because most of them aren't worth the plastic bottles they come in. Ephedrine is proven to work. I'm cutting right now with ECa but was thinking of maybe switching over to LF/LS if it's worth it.
