Hi Rick and Jbalz

Tomorrow starts my second week on the holy trinity. I take two lipostim in the am with three lipoflame before cardio. Afternoon I take one lipostim and another 3 lipoflame. Take 8 amp02 preworkout and the pumps are AWESOME!!!. Still haven't shed any pounds but new veins are poppin up everywhere. I think the weight loss is right around the corner though.
