ya I have to admit your right on that I got a bit lazzy on those 2 areas. Unfortunitly I dont have a training partner anymore since I moved to a diff gym so my workouts havent been so heavy as they use to with a spotter. I been more focused more on more reps and usually wat I do is start light and just keep stacking weight till I cant do it anymore.
I dont just throw heavy weight and go for it cuz I need to get my pump started to get my game face on lol.
been using lipo and amp02 for 4 weeks on and off like I dont do it every day cuz I like to give my body a break from the stuff. Or sometimes I will just lower the dose.
I think Ephedra is the god of weight lose thow from before when I used the speed stacks with ephedra
all I been doing is taking 6 lipo after breakfast
and 6-10 amp02 20 min before workouts been really impressed thow I cant do it every day I get burnt stuff works good but I take 3 days off sometimes to let my body relax.
