I'm two weeks in using Lipo and Amp. I added them to my test/tren cycle. I am down 7 pounds and strength is still up despite severely reduced carbs. I'm sure test and tren are responsible for me still feeling strong, but the Lipo and Amp have given me a definate boost to push hard when diet normally make me feel like crap. Diet and train looks as follows.
Wake up 4 lipo 40 mins later, mourning bike ride
after ride 20g of whey.
meal1 . oatmeal and egg whites
meal2 turkey wheat bread mustard
9 amp pre workout
Post work out 30g waxt maize, followed by 50g whey
meal3 mahi, salmon or chicken, edamame(soy) and asparagus or mix veggies(eating at restaurant I work at)
meal4 (still at work) chicken and spinach
meal5 can tuna with just deli mustard.
Casein shake before bed
