Has anyone ever used this supplement to lose weight? I have a friend who wants to try it. I thought I read some bad stuff on this product anyone else shed any light on it?

No...this product is totally legit. I went through a bottle in a month and a half..went from 230lbs to ~210lbs. Mind you I was doing a ton of cardio and playing squash.

A lot of people love this product and the price is right!
