Lipo-6 and CEE

I am going to start taking Lipo-6 and six star Creatine Esthyl Ester....any problems in these two things being taken together?

Just drink extra water because of the caffeine in Lipo-6.

No conflict between the two..and because that variation of creatine has a much better absorption rate you should be able to avoid the bloating side effect of the creatine monohydrate..

Just be sure to follow graphites advice and keep your water intake high (probably already is) and you will run a smooth sailing ship.

its a low end formula. Basic SYC with some other very questionable ingredients

To be honest, I have been on it for about a month. I don't see/feel any results. I was wondering if I am just completely under what I should be taking to kick things in gear.
