When I get in trouble with lipid values I take Cholest Off by Nature Made-you can find it at any store that sells vitamins just about. It's not BS the stuff works at least for me, also Red YeastRice( take this with CQ-10), fish oil, flax.
Also, organic vinegar works too(couple a table spoons in the salad/olive oil).
Last, do cardio. Cardio always improves cholesterol values.
If all fails, then go to the doctor and take lipitor etc.
I'm sure there are many other supps but this is what I use and it works fine for me.
