Quick question for those who have run the linear 5x5. I've done this workout before. Liked it. Am going back to it. My only question is this- which do you prefer- incline bench or military press? And why?
I always figured since I was already doing flat bench, wouldn't it make sense to go with military press? But I know the template has incline in there. Just curious.
