lol @ how stupid some of these people are. I feel much better about all this shit watching natural selection at work. The thing I try to remember is the following:
When these peeps first start out, some producer/exec has noticed they could potentially make them a buck. So they start with the PR and launch their careers, and then the future of their career comes down to how intelligent/mature/responsible the famous individual in question is. The producers/execs will basically continue to exploit said people for money, and will do whatever they have to to extract it. If putting out quality albums or making enjoyable movies is making money, then the execs will be on board. However, if that stops working, then either they will get money out of you in another way, or they will drop you as you no longer have any use.
So, with Britney Spears for example, she's now obviously not pulling in huge amounts of coin making movies or singing, and yet is still making much smarter people really fucking rich. But then you watch other young famous people who seem much more together manipulate their careers with a little panache and build an empire. I'd like to think I'd be able to build myself an empire if I were to get famous now, or at the very least not turn myself into a joke. Had I been famous at 20, on the other hand, I'd be Lohan. Something to be said about timing in life.
I am cursing the day I ever picked up Star magazine while working in that fucking convenience store. Man alive. It's not cool when you can talk about Britney Spears for like 30 minutes straight.

I think that's a good picture of her. She looks more attrative there, then she does in 'normal' photos.
