i think the acess we have to guys like you, nelson, needto, mava is simply amazing--before this type of a board there was word of mouth knowledge that i dare say was just plain bad. here in colorado, if we want that type of access to such a knowledge base, the U fo Colo sport med lab is a few grand for an appraisal + $100-400/hr for ono-on-one advice
