500mg sustanon 1-12
300 mg deca 1-10

1. I want to run hcg on the pct, what dosage should i run it ?
2. do i have to inject every day hcg ?
3. Do i need to run an anti-e with HCG ?

500iu's ew threw out the cycle. Then no need to run it after cycle.

Hey bro... why Nolva AND Aromasin?

since we are already using Nolvadex we can’t use letro or adex, as the nolva will actually greatly decrease the blood plasma levels of them.

but if your question is why even use and AI during PCT well that is something else. honestly u could probably get away with not using it. there still could be the issue of estrogen caused by the h/c/g & nolva surge in natural testosterone. aromasin does not drop the estrogen levels way down like adex or letro do. plus there is some positive correleation with nolvadex and aromasin with and increase in testosterone which means faster recovery. it will also lower SHBG.

it can also help those that have developed gyno during or after pct. just a theory.

i think actually hcg during cycle (small & less frequent doses) is more beneficial with some clomid for pct.

dont run deca (nadrolones in general) with nolva during your cycle if u r trying to combat gyno. pct is fine.
