I have always been a really fast runner. That explains why I was about 150lbs. Since I got bigger I cant run for shit. Had to take a physical Fitness test for the military today and literally died and failed on the run. Never ever did that in my whole career. It is also considered a very shameful thing to fail a physical test in the infantry. So i am gettting some heat from higher ups. Granted I have not run for two years being that I was in Ramadi fighting. How can I get my run time back up yet keep from wasting my muscles away. i know runnning it the worst when it comes to catabolism. I am currently 200blbs and gaining in fifth week of ten week cycle. Will starting to run hinder my gains significantly while on cycle? THIS WHOLE DEAL JUST PLAIN FUCKIN SUCKS.
