Like getting bigger but need to keep endurance.

I have always been a really fast runner. That explains why I was about 150lbs. Since I got bigger I cant run for shit. Had to take a physical Fitness test for the military today and literally died and failed on the run. Never ever did that in my whole career. It is also considered a very shameful thing to fail a physical test in the infantry. So i am gettting some heat from higher ups. Granted I have not run for two years being that I was in Ramadi fighting. How can I get my run time back up yet keep from wasting my muscles away. i know runnning it the worst when it comes to catabolism. I am currently 200blbs and gaining in fifth week of ten week cycle. Will starting to run hinder my gains significantly while on cycle? THIS WHOLE DEAL JUST PLAIN FUCKIN SUCKS.
 
It's funny you mention this because the bigger I get the less endurance I have also, When I grappled @ 205 it seems like I can go forever, @225/230 I seem to gas pretty quick but I am a hell of a lot more powerfull. I look at it like this, put a gallon of gas in a civic and see how many miles you can go, then put a gallon in a mustang, faster ride but much shorter.

BTW, I hope I did not bore anyone with my analogy.
 
Taking EQ, SUS250, Tren and winny. Just finished Dbol in the cycle. Another two weeks of tren left but have to take my physical fitness test again in a week. Need to pass or I have to wait another YEAR to get promoted again. Maybe i should drop the tren? All I know is I used to be able to run ten miles no problem. Started my test and my legs were on fire like never before after only the first mile. When I was done my shins were swollen and the paraneal muscles ( I think that is what it is called) Was quivering. Shin muscle if that makes it easy. I could actually see it flexing by itself. Totally painful.
 
So my career means more to me than just getting stronger and bigger and that is why I just quit my tren two weeks early. Have another PT test in a week so I am hoping taking off a week from lifting and running more this week will help. Also hoping being off the tren now will help bring endurance level back up a little. Thinking of taking cardio breeze and creatine this week as well. Desperately need to run two miles in 13minutes or less. Yes 13 minutes to get a perect score. 16 minutes to get just to get a score of 60%. Right now Im winded and dying from lactic acid at just under a mile. Anybody have some educated advice?
 
Hey snowykl i'm in the navy and tren gave me the same problem. when i do a long run on tren, my legs lock up in half a mile, i have to come off for about a month before a fit test
 
Thanks for the info. I am glad I was able to narrow it down to the tren because of everyones help..Hopefully I will be able to work it out in a week and keep from cramping. Maybe a ton of creatine and start taking my cardio breeze right away will help next week.
 
EQ thats your solution. It increases red blood cell production allowing for better more efficient oxygen usage.

Sorry, couldn't resist. I echo what some others are saying and want to add that d-bol and tren tend to give me such painful pumps in lower back and certain other "stress" areas like around the joints. Helps to be as lean as possible- as you already may be, but just throwing that in. Best of luck!
 
Will upping my 300mg Eq twice a week to three times a week help with increasing the red blood cell count or because it is such a long acting ester would i not benefit until a couple of weeks down the road from bumping up to 900mg a week? After stopping the tren I did go from cramping at half a mile to cramping just around a full mile. Hopefully in a week wont be cramping until after the two miles.
 
How are you training for the running?

If it were me, I would be running 3-6 miles in the morning and 6-8 at night. I would swap two of the evening runs out with track work. Say 4 440s and 2 880s. The 880s are important.

The above plan however will subject you to possible shin splints as you need to build your body back up to running again.

Dropped the Dbol too. Took sesapure yesterday and today along with cardiobreeze for the first time today. Only ran a little further today before cramping. I know that stuff did not even begin to kick in yet but I think dropping the tren and dbol made a big difference.
As forr training. The tren and I guess dbol too killed my endurance so bad that i can onl run about a mile and a half before i cramp. I am running in the morning and then again at night though. I think I will be able to hit almost the two mile mark tomorrow. I just cant believe I went from a 11:28 two mile to around a 18 minute two mile. Either the tren or dbol fucked me up bad on the endurance. Size and strength is great though!! This runnning shit is temporary. After the i pass this test its back to the steel plates and dumbells.
 
I always have to come off the gear to do a fitness test, i usually just do pushups, pullups sit ups and run for about a month. restart is a pleasant torture. It feels good to be clanging weigths again but I can always feel the slight drop in strength. i've never tried EQ though, i think i'll try it next time around.

hey man i been in exactly your same spot a few times. its good you dropped the dbol and tren those were your main issuues for your pft run. stay of the creatine til after after. and drink tons of water between now and then to kinda flush the system. test eq winny and war would be the only stuff i would would be using in the grunts. its just doesn't pay to be bulky. anyhow back to the run. to train for i would do stair master for 5 to 10 minutes then do the 2minutes of sit ups and then hit the treadmill at uncomfortable pace ie 10 mph at a 3% incline for as long as you can hold out, hopefully 2miles. this would put you at the 12 min for your 2miles at the max incline allowed on the run course after some mild pre-exaustion. when you get this down you can then join the marines and give the 3 miles in 18minutes after 20 pull ups and 100 sit ups in 2 minutes a try. even suckier. good luck. plus a teaspoon of baking soda in 8ozs of water will help prevent that rapid lactic acid build up in your muscles that your getting now that hurts so bad. but you will shit like a moose a few hours later so just hope you're only down at the armory scrubbing weapons so you can e&e to the head when that hits.

I would get my ass kicked if I didnt follow in the footsteps. Worked with you good boys everyday in Ramadi. Anyways, thanks for the info from all of you guys.
By the way taht stupid army of one thing was never explained so it sounded stupid but it meant One officer, one Nco and one Enlisted. Hence the ONE.

I hear that. I get the world's worst shin splints when trying to play ball on cycle. Sucks. Test alone does it to me, I thought it would go away with no dbol :(
 
Running twice a week will be more then enough to keep endurance

OR do 10-15 minutes of slightly higher intensity cardio Post workout
 
Didnt do PFt yet. Taking cardio breeze and some NO2. Running is getting easier now that im off the tren and dbol. Chugging gatorade and water big time. Also taking magnesium and potassium pill. Could the cramping be from winny?
 
bro I am all about cardio...some gear has hindered it and some has helped it...everyone is right telling you that the bigger you are you cardio will worsen...but if it is not a rediculos amount of weight gain...you body can catch up after a little bit...For me i went from 160-200 in like 6 months and cardio was hard after...but i keeped working on it and now...8 months later it is sick....everyone says eq is amazing for endurance and i will go with that and say it is pretty good...var is okay...Im a fighter and var gives me too big of pumps even at low doses. A low dose of test prop like 250 ew with a anti e....i like aifm...will do you wonders...that is a really good start and for me is better than eq...and like I said bro..,..I will grapple with the best of them for an hour...twice a day...but the real ultimate, nothing is better on the planet shit for endurance is Vitamin E...fuckin EPO...many of the bros here dont run it cause they are bbers' but as a fighter...I fuckin love it...but there is a science to running it so if you are interested in haveing you RBC count at 55% without holding any watere at all...hit me up
