Light weight vs heavy weights

I'm incorporating more light weight high reps into my work outs just wondering what everyone else's program is like. I'm going to try half and half light weight and heavy weight each muscle group once a week.
 
med- heavy, best for mass IMO.. i like somthing like "DC training" (google it) but for longer sessions , great stuff. heavy for 6-8 max able reps i like most
 
I completely agree with JP. I vary my rep range to switch things up sometimes, but my best mass-gaining results come from 6-8 reps per set.
