totally feel you....I am running light because I was planning to run a 12 weeker of 500 test and 350 dec, but I'm nursing an irritated rotator cuff. I know myself, the deca will lube the joint, I'll feel better, I'll load up on weight and BAMM..injury. I am toying with a light test only course as I push moderate weight and get back into better range of motion and become pain free. SURE..some will say, just wait. don't run anything. Run the other cycle in a few months when you're all healed up...but you know how it is
I'm not crippled..just not 100%. Maybe 75%. I'm thinking run the light one since I haven;t had any gear in about a year, PCT and chill for a few months, then hit it with a full cycle.
FYI, I'm 31, 6ft, 215, 4 cycles deep spread out over many years, prob 15% bf. Been training forever.
