Hey guys,
I'm new to the board, I just found it last night and have been reading up since I got to work this morning...
My name is Ryan, I'm 21, I've been working out since I was 16 and I am in the process of trying to lean up for summer. I was sitting around 200 lbs at 5'10, and am down to 182. I want to drop maybe 4-5 more lbs of flab before the end of june.
Anyways..
My question was, does any of you know roughly how much fat "light provelone" has in it? I have been eating roughly 35g's of the cheese in my roasted turkey on whole wheat sandwhich everyday... for about 3 weeks now. I usually get around 200g's of turkey tossed on with a little bit of mayonaise.
If anybody knows much about cheeses I would really appreciate any information you can give me. If there is a cheese that has lower fat that is a more standard cheese in delis let me know... I have to have something cheesy in my sandwhich
Thanks
