light day with high reps

I am not known for my fondness of high reps but after sunday I wanted to easy on my body plus to be honest I was not happy with my pathic dispaly on the pushpress with the 2" bar.

Strict OHP 95x10, 135x10, 155x10
felt good but akward cause I wasn't using any leg drive

Pushpress 175x10 damn di this f*cking hurt had to a set of pullups to let some of the blood drain from my delts :mad: 195x5 actually six but I forgot I was going for 5. 205x5 this went up with some good speed but my delts were shot afterward, another set of pull-ups to drain blood :mad: .

tate press, at least I think they were Tate presses 95 3x10 weird but good

Face-pulls 1x20 can't tell weight cause out machine was chipped all over the writing

I am hurint right now but I feel good since my lower back was strong throughout the whole workout, my legs on the other hand hurt bad around my quad from that sled drap
 
oh yeah some girl in the Cafeteria asked if I was a bodybuilder, lol. her and her friend know my Chiropractor and asked him what was my deal, he told them to wait untill after Labor Day, mu-hahahaa
 
nice workout man....that is some heavy freakin weight on those tate presses. good job.....now eat and rest alot and kick some a$$ at the contest this weekend.
 
I dont know how you guys managed to workout after what we did
