I am not known for my fondness of high reps but after sunday I wanted to easy on my body plus to be honest I was not happy with my pathic dispaly on the pushpress with the 2" bar.
Strict OHP 95x10, 135x10, 155x10
felt good but akward cause I wasn't using any leg drive
Pushpress 175x10 damn di this f*cking hurt had to a set of pullups to let some of the blood drain from my delts
195x5 actually six but I forgot I was going for 5. 205x5 this went up with some good speed but my delts were shot afterward, another set of pull-ups to drain blood

tate press, at least I think they were Tate presses 95 3x10 weird but good
Face-pulls 1x20 can't tell weight cause out machine was chipped all over the writing
I am hurint right now but I feel good since my lower back was strong throughout the whole workout, my legs on the other hand hurt bad around my quad from that sled drap
