light cycle after hernia operation....advice ??

ok...I just had a hernia operation 2 days ago.....I am planning on staying out of the gym for about a month.....however..i planned on a test cyp..winny...fina cycle....I don't think I will be able to lift hard enough for this type of cycle.....

my new plan is to go ..with 50mg/ed winny tabs...and anavar...
both for 6 to 8 weeks...

possibly adding fina w/plogel.....

I have not been in the gym for about 7 months right now..due to fulltime work and fulltime school...I just graduated last saturday and was ready to hit the gym hard....but this operation came up..lol.....im thinking this would be a good cycle to just get me back to where a heavier cycle would be more beneficial....my main goal of a cycle w/ only winny and anavar/fina...would be to gain about 5 -8 pounds lbm....but mainly focusing on hardening up and dropping some fat....

i would appreciate any comments...mainly the dosage of anavar....thanks..

I'll say something, but you're not going to like it...

First, I dont think its even remotely necessary to start a cycle after an EIGHT month layoff. Why not let your body rebuild its support systems naturally for at least the first month or two, as well as letting yourself get used to the lifestyle again. You're going to make great gains at first anyway, so why waste the money.

Also, forcing yourself to go a bit slower after the surgery will help to insure a much greater chance you WONT experience a recurrence of the hernia.

Dont get me wrong bro, I know where you're comming from. I would probably entertain the thought of doing a cycle after a big layoff myself. But I honestly think the smart thing would be to go natural for the first eight weeks. At that point you'll be completely healed and muscle memory will have kicked in, allowing your body to prepare for the true onslaught!

I know where your coming from....I mean i haven't been totally dormant for the whole time....Basically It just consisted of running at night and cross training in the park by my house...and hitting up the gym on my lunch break once in a while.....So I still have a solid foundation....I mean when people I see tell me I look good...like people from a while ago that havent seen me in a while.they are shocked when i tell them i havent been hardcore for like 7 months....

I used to be 205 19+bf....im only 5'6./
about a year ago I was 165-170 <6%
now im about 175 12%....
I was planning on being at the gym for a month b4 I started any AS.....but Im going to go with the Winny/Ox combo.

It was reccommended to use some deca and ox to help my recovery time anyway

So if anyone can give me some feedback on the Ox/winny cycle id appreciate it

so far it looks like this...
weeks 1-6 40mg/ed Anavar
7-12.......50mg/ed winny
7-12......5-6 tabs fina transdermally (possibly)

thanks

Well...I was in hard training when I had to have umbilical hernia surgery. I had the surgery and was told to lay off the leg work and heavy lifting for 6 weeks. I decided to do 1 cc of t-200 for 4 weeks to speed recovery. I went to the doc's office after 2 weeks and he couldn't believe how I'd healed so rapidly. So, I say take it to speed the healing process, but not for muscle gains.
When you're ready to start heavy training, train for about 3 months before hitting the juice.
