Lifting while on

besides being able to obviously do more, due to the effects of being "on"... I dont change anything. I lift 4 days a week due to time constraints. I would go 5 if I was able. Due to the strength increases I will increase my weight and go much heavier in my main lifts while on. For most supplemental exercises I stick to high reps to fill the muscles with as much blood as possible.

Lots of heavy compound movements when on, also high volume. Especially when on GH. My joints and tendons can take the beating. Only once or twice a year do I "take it easy" and do high rep, light weight work for a few weeks at a time. Even during PCT/bridging I lift heavy, but the volume is much less. For a large bp like back while on I'll do at least 20 sets (by "on" I mean at least 2 grams of gear and GH/IGF-1), when off I'll do 3 sets of barbell rows, 3 sets T-bar, 3 sets dumbell rows, and 3 sets pulldowns. All heavy, but the actual time in the gym is much less and overall training volume is less. Also, when off, I don't lift more than 4 times a week. When on, 6 days a week.
