Hey everyone, im about 5'8, 175 lbs.. My upper body is in a pretty good muscular shape, but i want to add to it. My problem is, im not fat, but im not as cut as i want to be. My arms and chest are pretty cut but I want to make them much bigger and get stronger WHILE keeping them as ripped and cut as possible.. I dont want to gain mass without keeping them nice and cut. I feel as if im stuck in the middle and not sure what type of routine to go by, more for cutting, or more for bulking up.. I guess i just want that big muscle but very cut and dry and lean look at the same time. I'm Kind of lost on what excercises/routines to do. Any suggestions??
