Lifting just for looks

I know what ur sayin chuck, Thats the look I want too.

Pretty much low BF% is what makes you look athletic. Yea bodybuilders have bulk but they take massive amounts of AAS. If you eat right, train hard youll be where you want to be. But you build muscle, you dont build tone.

If you train like an athlete, youll look like an athlete.

Can you google a pic of someone youd like to look like? A model or NFL player or anybody just to get an idea of what build youre looking for
 
Thanks for the advice gladiator. Yea I can find a pic online but the look in your avi is pretty close to what I'm going for. I'll look around and post up a pic but I from what I'm hearing I need to lose bodyfat and lift for strength and I will get the look I'm wanting...this really wasn't a well thought out question/thread haha. I think I knew what I need to do I just wanted to hear someone else say it and have been working out and eating to maintain lately and I just need to motivate myself to get out of my rut.
