Lifting belts

I have an Inzer lever belt and love it!!
The advantages I think would be:
1- The belt comes off literally in a split second...just flick the lever and it's off...
2- When you put it on, you don't have to squeeze the waist tighter than you want it to get it on (like you have to do with buckles).

I kind of enjoy that whole drama of attaching yourself to a stationary object and pulling the belt as tight as you can while trying to get the pin through a hole.

HAHA, takes three people to put the belt on during some of the strongman events here.

I rarely wear a belt though.

Some belts are 4" wide and others are 6" wide.....I'm 5'8" tall around 215lbs with a 34" waste....Any ideas which belt i should buy?
