Hi I have been doing cardio in the mornings having a meal and then lifting an hr later. I joined a gym. I am going to be lifting at 9AM Mon Wed Fri and most likely Sat as well. I still want to do my cardio but not right after. I am on Equipoise and Testosterone Ethanate. 600MG of each administered E4D's at 300MG of each compound in the same syringe. 2.5CC's. I am taking in roughly 5000-6000 calories a day. Clean calories. Now my question is.......If I am lifting early in the morning would doing my cardio around like 2 or 4 o'clock rob my gains? Now I ask this because I know doing cardio would be using up my bodies nutrients the ones I am trying to build muscle off of. But If I spike my insulin after I lift and eat HIGH quality proteins and a lot of them. Along with high quality complex carbohydrates and a simple carbohydrate like a piece of fruit to spike my insulin. Would I be fine? I will eat probably 3 meals before I do my cardio. And then about 3 meals afterwards. Then I will sleep. Do you guys think this is safe to do also taking in the reason I am on AAS? Your answers would be appreciated thank you.

what is your body fat?

if your naturally skinny as hell, i wouldnt do cardio for like 4 weeks in. Try to bulk up as much as you can in the first weeks then hit up the cardio.. in the other hand, if your body fat isnt as low. I would do cardio in the AM and work out later in the day. Thats how i roll and i have been staying at the same weight but dropping body fat ridicuoulsy.

Yeha you really need to post your stats for anyone to be able to help you with your question.

Are you bulking or cutting? Cardio isn't as important as diet is anyway. Clean calories in are what matters most if you are bulking, and calories in versus calories out if your cutting. Cardio is just an added pleasure.

cardio is very important if you're cutting!
its what gets your heart rate up and turns your body into fat burning mode.
cardio in the am on an empty stomach is best, then lift later in the day.
we really need to know your stats 1st. i take it you're trying a 'clean bulker'?

whats youre metabolism like?
are you endomorph...ectomorph?

Many BB "experts", say the most bang for your buck is to do HIIT cardio...RIGHT AFTER lifting. The reason; Your body is warmed up, You've worked it HARD. So now finish up with 20 minutes of HIIT. It saves time and really works.
You can run, spin , stationary bike...etc. You warm up for 2 minutes. Then at the top of every minute... You go AS HARD AS POSSIBLE for 30 seconds. Then go at slow to moderate pace for 30 seconds. At top of minute 4 repeat BALLS TO THE WALL for 30 secs, slow for 30. Repeat 10 times. Then cool down for 2 minutes. You're done. The time flys because you barely catch your breath and you go again. Try it for 2 weeks and see what you think.
I got this routine from Ed Byrd. He's the guy who invented creatine and NO2.

what is HIIT... High Intensity something or another right?

I am 5,11 206 alrdy at 7% BF. I want to keep this BF percentage and gain some more weight I am in the middle of my cycle. I have proper knowledge of training and AAS use. I was asking if this will hinder my gains doing cardio a few hours after I lifted?

no i dont believe so cause u are hiting the weights first the only thing i would not do is run on leg day, anything else i think u would be fine, just as long as u keep your diet and nutrient timing right wich by your stats it sounds like u do

Personally, I would be lifting more and doing moderate amounts of cardio. I would make the most of lifting while on cycle.

If you're able to do 20 minutes of HIIT right after lifting you're not busting your ass enough in the gym. My gym sessions are never more than 45minutes but there is no way in hell I'd be able to go out and sprint or do any other intense interval type training. Low intensity cardio for 45 minutes 2 per week and 1-2 sessions of HIIT on your non lifting days is the way to go IMO

Damn thanks guys you answered my question thank you for the help. I will try to help and reply to your posts when you guys are in need. I am not ignorant on BB,AAS, or diet. I just need help on this one question. I thank you all and I got my answer. Thanks again!
