i took a shit and i still feel like puking so im going to smoke a lil weed and see how my workout goes...i hope i dont fuck it up lo

I have hit the gamma just before training (when feelin bad) and it helped... (i dont condone the use of it though)
 
it made the high not as fun, but the lifting not as boring

it woulda been alot funner on a chest day but i worked legs with heavy deads before it :( but i got 455x2, went for the 3rd and didnt wanna get hurt so i stopped,
 
I've smoked some crack earlier in the day and then later that night had a good work-out in the gym
 
i'm not opposed to a light blazing beforehand
usually lose the buzz pretty early on in
i know a few beasts that only lift blazed
 
back in college we'd get stoned as hell and play raquetball
you really start watching your opponent more stoned
and it was some intense raquetball too
soaked in sweat
 
i do it sometimes.....depends on the work out and how much i smoke.

if you're really stoned, it'll never be a good work out. you lose your aggression big time

if you take a hit or two, it can definetely help.

bodypart also makes a big difference. i can not smoke and do legs..my lifts suffer and i can't squeeze out that last rep.Ditto for back because of DLing... however for like chest, arms, even shoulders i feel i can get a better mind to muscle connection.
