DPH, definitely work on your abs bro. Get yourself a contour mattress (do not buy anything unless its a Tempur-pedic). They are pricey as all hell but your back is worth the price. All the other visco foam beds are just rip-offs and don't have the density metric that is soley owned by Tempur-pedic.

Work angle (twisted) crunches and seated ab twist machine. Forget the name of the machine but it rips your torso and abs.

Got a new Tempur-pedic king classic with frame Friday. My wife decided that while I was in the spending mood to get a goose down comforter and pillows along with Egyptian sheets. I must admit it might take me a few nights to get used to the bed. Though it might be the $2800.00 that I dropped that may be keeping me awake. :faint: We were in dire need of a new bed anyway. Just dont drop that type of money if there wasnt a need. Cant afford it with two youts.( yout= the movie My Cousin Vinny)

I wanted to ask you guy's how do you deal with it at work? My situation is i injured my back at work ( fell and broke L1-L2-L3 vertibrae) and they are gonna send me back to work on light duty ( after a month and half) My concern is re-injury and my position i was in before is really physical. Has any of you guy's returned to a really physical job after such an injury i guess is my question.
