Hi,
This is my first post on the site. Just to start off my name is Jamie and I have been thinking about getting into the field of pt. I did have a question though about working with customer when it comes to injuries. Both in working for a gym or going solo what seems to happen if a client gets hurt? Can they sue you? Or do most pt have you sign a waiver of some sort? Insurance? I honestly have no idea and i is just one of the many questions I'm sure I will have before becoming a pt. I'm also curious if most people who go solo get a business license or just kind of do it under the table and don't pay taxes on it. Again just curiosities, thanks!
