some people find it difficult to sleep when taking ALCAR prior to bed, though generally most people can take it before bed without issue.

This sounds excellent. I know a bunch of people that can't handle most fat burners because they are loaded down with stimulants.
The stims also present problems with people with medium to high blood pressure. It sends them through the roof. My wifey being one of them

I wonder how this des in relation to blood pressure? Not a problem(hopefully)
