Never if I train heavy the next day...... today for thanksgiving I had one beer.....
other than a special occasion.... never
why would I give up bread, spend a whole day a week cooking so I can have 6 meals a day ready to eat ( and so my wife can do the same), give up most of m social life so I can manage work, grad classes, and training, risk my job to push my powerlifting total up a few hundred more pounds, not to mention the hundreds of dollars on food, supplements, vitamins, etc..... then take two steps back because I want to go out and drink every weekend?
