Does this make any sense at all

Are there any benefits what so ever to running HGH with IGF cycles?

Is there anything HGH can do for you that IGF can not?

Or would it be a complete and total waste to run the hgh in conjunction with it.. on HGH was thinking of just droping the dose down to something like 1-2 /day for the hgh just to keep a nice long term maintenance...

On that low a dose of gh u may as well not bother Bro.
IGF is excellent but run it alternate months on/off

Run GH long term permanently EOD. Up your doseage. TBH most use the dose that they can afford not what is optimum.. So when you see some say 5on 2 off or 3iua day ED etc it's simply because thay cant afford 10iu EOD. Most would do it but the pocket wont allow it.

1-2iu ED is not a bodybuilding dose its a more anti ageing dose for the over 50's.

Well I'm not going to run 10 or ever 5 I don't want all of the terrible side 2-3iu HAS to be better than nothing. And I run 5 on 2 off right now, because i subscribe to letting your body keep producing as naturally as possible

FOR the record I have only been on hgh 3-4 weeks and I have seen an obvious difference in fat reduction in my abdomen area

i will be running igf 4 on 4 off, from what i have read elsewhere even though VERY similar, there is some special synergy that happens when you run igf with hgh
