Ooooooh boy a personal inquiry? LOL Basically I train daily doing 1 bodypart a day-7 days a week. My workouts generally start with a power exercise where I pyramid up 3-5 sets for 6 reps. 2nd exercise is usually similar, but may be a dumbell or smith machine type of exercise 3-5 sets for 8-10 reps. 3rd exercise is usually some sort of machine or cable movement to exhaustion. I never do the same workout twice and I make it a point to do exercises I dislike to do. Chances are the exercises I dislike are the ones I'll get the most response from. My theory could be off-but it works for me psychologically at the very least. I do abs daily, calves EOD, and cardio as much as my sore hip allows-usually 3 hrs/wk or so.
My cycle is pretty much a never ending bridge where I'll use approximately 500-1000 mgs/wk and change up compounds every 6-8 wks. I seldom use orals, but if I do it's always in the summer when I'm wearing less clothing. I figure if I'm gonna take nasty orals, I better be able to show off their results outside of the gym as much as possible. Preworkout I'm an ECA guy all the way and it's not uncommon for me to down an espresso or Red Bull SF preworkout as well. In the future I plan on upping the mgs to 2000-3000 wk and doing a 6 month run of HGH of around 6 iu's/day. I'll use insulin post workout/carb load/clenbuterol/T3 for 30 days on 60 days off during that 6 month period. However this kinda thing is never cast in stone due to inconsistent availability of the stuff I choose to take. Stuff I won't do: DNP, Cheque Drops, Methyl Test, or Halotestin. I also wouldn't take Sten if you gave it to me for free. It's the keystone light beer of AS.
Diet for me is nothing to extravagant. I basically eat whatever is on sale at the grocery store. Sometimes I'll eat chicken breasts as my only protien source(besides drinks) for 4-5 days at a time. I basically eat 3 protein servings of something, a starchy carb, and a fibrous carb 3x a day. A sample meal would be a can of tuna on 1-s pieces of wheat toast w/ a slice of cheesemelted over it and a can of green beans. Another meal I eat a lot is scrambled eggs, a baked potato, and a small salad. If I get a sweet tooth I might eat a whole cheese cake once every 2-3 weeks. Usually it makes me sick so I don't crave junk for quite awhile afterwards. A cleaner snack is a pancake w/ natural applesauce. I sprinkle cinnamon and nutrasweet on it and pretend it's I-Hop. As far as protien powders go, this is how I monitor my caloric intake. If I'm eating a lot of carbs, I try to drink protien w/ low carbs. If I feel like I'm not eating enough in general, I might drink a weight gainer shake instead now and then. Basically I go by the mirror as far as calories go. I try to feed the muscle not the fat.
As far as supplements go, I use a lot of RTD's. I get the canned MetRx RTD 50's for $1 on clearance most of the time. I use HWT 900 by Champion sometimes too-tastes better than pussy. I also down a couple of tablespoons of Flax Seeds w/ my last meal of the day.
I'm a firm believer that everyone needs to figure out what type of training and diet works for them through trial and error. Learning what others do is a great place to start, but since we all have different genetic traits it's important to find out what works best for you individually.
I also want to emphasize the importance of sticking your tongue in your girl's bunghole. It's the key to muscular growth and maybe hepatitis C and E-coli as well.
