let's hear some experience with B12

right now i have the cyanocobalamin which (correct me if i'm wrong) has to be injected with more frequency than the synthelamin...more energy i guess but more of a well being issue, a little more appetite i eat like a horse anyway.
inject over oral a big yes!

i use a gram 1 hr before working out ,it helps get those last 2 difficult reps that i usually cannot do, and those are the ones that spurts growth.

With the exception of folic acid supplements, the practice of taking vitamin supplements by healthy individuals has little or no relation to good health. Most adults in the United States can obtain enough vitamins by eating a well-balanced diet. It has, however, become increasingly common for people to take vitamins at levels far greater than the RDA. These high levels are sometimes called vitamin megadoses. Megadoses are harmless for most vitamins. But in the cases of a few of the vitamins-- specifically vitamin D, vitamin A, and vitamin B6-- megadoses can be harmful or FATAL. Researchers have also started to look more closely at megadoses of vitamin C and of vitamin E, since indirect evidence suggests that these two vitamins may reduce the risks of cancer, heart disease, and aging. It is not yet clear whether megadoses of either of these vitamins has any influence on health. Some experts think that megadoses of vitamin C may protect people from cancer. On the other hand, other researchers have gathered indirect evidence that vitamin C megadoses may cause cancer.

Get the injectable b12 from synthetek. It's called synthelamin.

Simply put, no other B-12 product in the world can compete with Synthelamin™! It's stronger, more convenient and better value than any of its competitors!
WARNING!
ORAL USE ONLY. NO LIABILITY ASSUMED
FOR ANY USE OTHER THAN INDICATED
it says there oral .. huh must show the wife this... so next time she asks for oral ,, il poke her in the A@#S ..P

The oral thing is a legal disclaimer. All the products are manufactured sterile by a pharma lab and packaged in multi use rubber stopper bottles.

Let me just get this right. Are you saying that the synthelamin by synthetek can be injected?? Can it be injected anywhere(within reason of course,I don't mean like up your fucking arsehole or anything stupid like that)??

Just for the record, I've been taking orally, B12 1000mcv * 4 per day from Holland and Barrett... AMAZING! I've never been so de-stressed and energetic... I have to chew them for them to work, but its well worth it... I definitely have more energy than when on an ECA, and I dont get any side effects. Planning to get some from mothernature.com at 5000mcg a tab...

Assertive guy, thanks for that. Can you tell me the exact name of it from Holland and Barrett??Also how much is it?? Thanks.

This is where I got it @ £7.19 for 100 of them at 1000mcg strength:

Also, they only worked when I chewed them up before breakfast... works all day, and whilst I dont feel energetic (other than when working out), I just dont tire or stress... truely a golden-nugget!
