I smoke everyday before the gym. I wouldn't consider myself a pot head but I do smoke at least once a day. To me if something makes you feel better and perceive everyday life in a way that is more benificial to you then why not? I'm a chemical engineer and full out health fanatic but I sure do enjoy my weed it makes me rage in the gym. On cycle, pre work out, weed and good music not now chief I'm in the fucking zone.
