I don't know. I was always kind of quiet and a big thinker when I'd smoke. I'd probably just over analyze things and create a bunch of new things to stress over if i did it.

I understand that, but it's more habit forming than you think. Before I go to bed I gotta a have a smoke or I won't snooze. It's these types of habits that make it "addictive". Addiction is not defined only as chemical dependency.

My best friend used to smoke a blunt in his single days to combat insomnia. He hasn't smoked once since he met his current wife almost a decade ago. I struggle with insomnia but it's never been a problem when I had a girlfriend/wife to share a bed with....

I smoke weed every day, I find I become grouchy if I don't smoke. I'm addicted basically. I'm going to stop near the time I start this test cycle so I don't roid rage when I'm out of bud. Also I suspect that it has lowered my overall test production. And my cardiovascular has suffered, but I keep that under check because I ride my bike ~20 moles every day on hilly terrain.

I smoke because that's what I've been doing for many moons. And many of my family members smoke so it's always around.
